Systems and Design

Extensive and valued experience has been gained in Health, Corporate Services, Retail, Government and NGO Human Resources systems design and implementation.

These HR systems have been developed from start-up concept as the businesses grew; through mergers of two and three separate service related companies, their ways of operating and their personnel; as well as for organisations suffering the failure of existing systems to deliver the required standards and results hence the complete redesign and implementation of performance standards, policies and procedures, employment agreements, job and task descriptions, rewards and recognition programmes.

Revision, update and review of complete HR systems, policies, procedures etc have also been conducted in a specialised national health organisation, and a Government Department focusing on Change and Culture.

Consultation, facilitated workshops, training and executive mentoring have all been utilised in the implementation of these programmes.

“Results of particular note were the development and writing of a full Policy and Procedure Manual for the Company successfully rolling this out to Managers and branches.” In addition to this she developed a complete recruitment process including Customer Engagement and Product Knowledge modules.

During these development stages Phillippa demonstrated great patience and persistence in assembling vast amounts of information into documents that all could understand. Feedback from Managers was that Phillippa knew what she was talking about, was strong in her commitment and was fair, without exception all Managers felt they could talk to her openly and they did.”
