Many of the changes we weather in life are predictable. That they are to be expected doesn’t make them any easier to deal with.

Whether change is chosen or imposed there is a significant process involved. The journey through is often referred to as a ‘transition’. A process that begins with an ending and ends with a beginning.
This may present a significant amount of turbulence and the need for further adjustment and review, or it maybe that part way through something new or additional presents. When this happens our coping skills and resources get further challenged and depleted.

It maybe coaching, refocusing and recommitting to the original purpose or counselling to clarify, ease and support the issues presenting. Which ever it is – talk to some one who cares, to either take a progress check or a process check to help get you through.
