BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE
Choosing to change our own behaviours; give up smoking; change diet or exercise regimes; cut down alcohol consumption, and so on are some of the decisions that are made over, and over, and over again. Each time we fail, slip back, a little bit of our self belief and self esteem is eroded.
